1. Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping to addresses internationally. If your location is not listed during checkout, please reach out to us at premisesclothing@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and shipping method chosen during checkout.
  • Orders above $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.

4. Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated after receiving the confirmation email.

5. Delivery Process:

  • Deliveries are typically made during standard business hours and may require a signature upon receipt.
  • In the event that no one is available to receive the package, a delivery attempt notification will be left at the provided address. You can then follow the instructions to reschedule delivery or collect the package from a designated pickup point.

6. International Orders:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.
  • Please be aware that customs processing may cause delays in delivery beyond our control.

7. Order Modifications and Address Changes:

  • To ensure timely delivery, please review your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to modify the address once the order is placed.
  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at premisesclothing@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but changes cannot be guaranteed after the order is processed.
